Soul Mastery - Live in London

It is my utmost pleasure to announce Soul Mastery Live!!! 

Soul Mastery is a 21-day programme I created to equip women with the necessary tools to grow and reach their emotional and spiritual goals. But I’m so excited to announce our first live event! My team and I have been planning, praying and preparing to bring you a time of therapeutic learning.

On the 7th of January 2023, we’ll be deep diving into understanding the many faces of shame, embracing the power of self-compassion, and uncovering the importance of saying ‘no!’. These three elements have been the hallmark of my 2022 personally and have been consistently highlighted in my clinical work.

This masterclass is for the person overstretched and overwhelmed because they struggle to set healthy boundaries. It’s for the person regaining their sense of self after coming out of a harmful or abusive environment. It’s for you if you lack grace for your own imperfections and find yourself sensitive to criticism. But it’s also for you if you simply desire to grow emotionally and spiritually.

The masterclass will be filled with honest discussion, interactive and practical teaching, phenomenal guest speakers, giveaways and so much more! I can’t wait to have you.
